The goal of this stormwater diversion project for the City of Pacific Grove was to capture and divert stormwater from Monterey Bay, an Area of Special Biological Significance (ASBS). Funding for this project was provided in full or in part through an agreement with the State Water Resources Control Board using funds from Proposition 84 Areas of Special Biological Significance.
